Resources
Here are some books, Web sites, and other resources that provide helpful information about food allergies.
We Especially Like...
We were very excited to discover www.menudata.com, a web site that offers
food allergy translation cards and electronic translation services. With over 30 languages and 150 food ingredients, this product/service
is a great idea and an indispensable item for those traveling with food allergies!
It's time to have our voices heard! Visit The Food Allergy Project,
a coalition of concerned parents, researchers, educators and experts whose goals are to increase the federal resources dedicated to food allergy research,
and to fund scientific studies that will lead to a
cure for food allergy.
We are very impressed with the yummy, easy-to-make baked goods made with Cherrybrook Kitchen's line of high-quality mixes.
Each of their all-natural cake, cookie, and frosting mixes are completely free of nuts, dairy, and eggs. Plus, the frostings are gluten free!
Check out the Food Allergy Buddy, A wonderful new online tool that will take the pain out of dining out!
